Our Clinical Approach
At the Heart of Our Clinical Approach: Compassionate Nursing Care Centered on literature-based best practices.
At the core of our approach is a commitment to providing outstanding, patient-centered nursing care based on literature-based best practices. We focus on offering the best possible care to medically fragile infants, babies, toddlers, and children.
Our goal is to exceed established standards for weaning, decannulating, and discharging trached and mechanically ventilated pediatric patients. Our highly educated nurses consistently achieve this goal in a scientifically sound manner, often exceeding expectations by safely completing these processes in just 7-24 months.
We meticulously approach patient care, assessing each individual’s condition, health, and functional status. Our nurses work closely with the healthcare team to develop a customized care plan with specific goals and timelines. Progress is regularly evaluated, and adjustments are made to ensure the best possible outcomes.
We are proud to have the most talented, kind, and capable Registered Nurses on our team, who use literature-based best practices to optimize every patient’s health, function, and quality of life.
