Nurse McCarter, RN

Nurse McCarter is a clinically outstanding nurse with an eye for creativity and innovation and finds ways to have lots of fun with her patients! Nurse McCarter mentors new nurses as well as her patient’s parents, guiding them on how to safely provide their baby’s advanced life support care, and have fun doing it.

Nurse Miller, RN, BSN

A wound care specialist, Nurse Miller provides intricate assessment of her patient’s surgical recovery and skin healing conditions. Nurse Miller gently and deliberately progresses each patient’s treatment plan, monitors their unique response and reevaluates each patient individually.

Nurse Song, RN, MS, ARNP

A Master of Nursing, Nurse Song excels in her clinical assessment skills, clearly identifying and articulating areas where care can be clinically modified to optimize health and functional outcomes, successfully leading teams of nurses in optimizing patient care outcomes.

Nurse Skelton, RN, BSN

Nurse Skelton is an extraordinary advocate for her patients and their parents, assisting, guiding and supporting them through the (sometimes terrifying) maze of healthcare. Mrs. Skelton is a Nursing Evolutions Clinical Supervisor and consistently serves as a highly successful team leader, discharging her patients many months and even years ahead of schedule.

Nurse Milewski, RN, BS

Previously a Research Scientist, Nurse Milewski delved into pediatric critical care, publishing “Acute Central Nervous System Complications in Pediatric Hematopoietic Stem Cell Patients” in the Journal of Pediatric Intensive Care, Dec. 2014. Nurse Milewski is dedicated to improving pediatric public health through research, education and provision of compassionate, family-centered care.

Nurse Baker, RN, MSN, ARNP

Nurse Baker has over 20 years of experience in pediatrics, hematology, and oncology, including 4 years as a practicing Advanced Registered Nurse Practitioner. Nurse Baker is an enthusiastic and highly knowledgeable care giver, committed to pediatric nursing and clinical patient care.

Nurse Sauzier, RN, BSN

New to the Seattle area from Memphis, TN, Nurse Sauzier has been a pediatric critical care nurse for 9 years.  She specialized in infant and toddler care at Lebonheur Children's Medical Center, and is a Certified Lactation Consultant.   "I am completely in love with the Pediatric Critical Care House patients and our mission to improve the lives of precious medically fragile infants and children."
